The Hard Anodized film alone is used when the contact surface pressure is high and fine vibrations. In addition, it may cause seizures in case of using it in a place where friction occurs.

This Hard Anodized has a self-lubricating function and has succeeded in improving the abrasion resistance of the sprocket.

Lubricity/Abrasion Resistance

The molybdenum disulfide that has penetrated into the entire pores of anodized by electrolytic deposition greatly reduces the frictional resistance of the hard coating.

It has no lubrication and has lubricity for sliding parts.

Durability

It is durable that is multiple times even stronger than the STD Hard Anodized through friction test.

High Hardness

It is about 130% -150% better than standard anodized.
