1. In-Store Validation

When purchasing your gear at our showroom, inform our staff that you are a tourist.

Important: You must present your original physical passport. We will issue a digital eTRS transaction linked to your passport details.

2. Airport Approval

Before checking in your luggage at Changi Airport, visit the eTRS Self-Help Kiosks located in the Departure Check-in Hall.

Tip: Keep your new Brembo parts or RS Taichi jackets accessible. Customs officers may occasionally ask to inspect the goods before approving the refund.

3. Collect Your Money

Choose to have your refund credited to your Credit Card, Alipay, or receive Cash at the central refund counter in the Departure Transit Lounge (after immigration).
