Matris F20Y131K F20K Series Hydraulic Fork Cartridge Kit for Yamaha Tracer 900 (FJ09) 2015-2017

The assembly of the kit does not require any modification of the original fork and is completely revisable for correct and periodic maintenance. It allows an excellent upgrade of the original fork, offering greater customization of the calibration and set-up. All the chromatics of the cartridge are produced in Alum alloy and subjected to anodizing treatment, with the aim of containing the weights and guaranteeing long duration of wear.

Settings:

• Spring preload mounted on roller thrust bearings, with reference clicks and the possibility of adjusting the settings (+ preload -) without using a key. Range +/- 15mm.
• Extension, with reference clicks.
• Compression, with reference clicks.
• The adjustments are alternated, that is, on one leg, the extension is adjusted, on the other the compression.

Technical Features

• Cartridge cylinder D.20 mm in Ergal 7075, with anti-friction lapping treatment and anodization.
• Pumping rod d.12 mm made of aluminum Al 7075 with anti-friction lapping treatment and hard oxidation.
• Complete set of compression and extension pistons D.20 mm machined from solid alloy Al 7075 supported on self-lubricating sliding bearings and complete with specific lamellar packs for a total control of hydraulic flows.
• All internal and external components in Alum alloy with anodizing treatment.
• Anti-cavitations valve set.
• Reversible: it is possible to remount the original components.
• Kit supplied with specific oil bottle (Motorex Fork Oil).
