The Pinlock 70 fog resistant insert lens is our premium solution for HJC helmets. This lens has become the benchmark for fog resistant performance that is most commonly used by riders across the world. The insert is made of a moisture absorbing plastic and, therefore the surface basically dry when used. The insert has a silicone seal that creates a double shield system.

- Slit: The slit keeps the insert lens steady and tight between the face shield and pin.
- 100% Max Vision®: The Pinlock® 100% Max Vision® insert lenses provides a maximum lens coverage area within the helmet face shield that is designed with a custom cavity area to fit the lens perfectly. Pinlock coloured lenses is also available in Pinlock® 100% Max Vision® format.
- Cavity: Pinlock works closely with helmet manufacturers to develop custom cavity areas to fit the Pinlock® 100% Max Vision® insert lens deeper in the helmet face shield.
- Maximum Coverage: The extended coverage of the Pinlock® 100% Max Vision® insert lens helps the lens to reach the edges of the face shield to provide a larger fog resistant coverage area through the insert lens.
